About the Author: Peppa Paul
(Jalissa Paul, Pen Name: Peppa Paul)
Jalissa Paul, known by her pen name Peppa Paul, was born on July 20, 2013, in the United States. From the moment she could hold a pencil, Jalissa was captivated by stories—reading them, writing them, and dreaming up magical worlds all her own. Her imagination and love for words quickly became her superpower.
By the age of six, Jalissa was writing poems and short stories just for fun. She loved sharing them with family and friends, who were always amazed by her creativity and storytelling flair. It wasn’t long before her passion for writing blossomed into a bigger dream—creating books that could inspire other kids just like her.
In addition to being an author, Jalissa is a talented and well-rounded young artist. She’s a proud member of her school’s color guard team, where she shines in performances that blend dance, coordination, and teamwork. She’s also an enthusiastic cheerleader who brings her energy and spirit to every game and event.
When she’s not writing or spinning flags with her color guard teammates, Jalissa loves making handmade jewelry, often gifting her one-of-a-kind creations to those she cares about. And like any great writer, she’s a dedicated reader—always exploring new stories and adventures tucked between the pages of a good book.
At just nine years old, Jalissa published her first children’s book, “The A to Z Animal Adventures”—a whimsical journey through the alphabet with quirky animal friends and laugh-out-loud moments. The book received glowing praise from both young readers and adults alike for its imagination, humor, and heart.
Jalissa (Peppa) continues to inspire others with her creativity, determination, and big dreams. She hopes to write many more books that bring joy, wonder, and adventure to children around the world.
